Instruments

Together with the harp, other instruments can also be considered. Jacob is a founder member of Cordia String Quartet, whose members include violinists Emese Toth and David Lang, and cellist Frank Camilleri. The quartet has been invited to perform at numerous prestigious concerts both locally and abroad, including the Victoria International Arts Festival in Gozo, the August Moon Ball, celebrations for Austria’s National Day, and performances in New Delhi and Calcutta under the auspices of the Maltese Ambassador for India. They have also performed at Marlborough House in London for Her Majesty the Queen as part of the Commonwealth Celebrations.

For weddings, inaugurations, prayer spaces and other occasions, Jacob frequently collaborates with these musicians in smaller combinations, offering a versatile accompaniment to the harp. The repertoire can range from traditional to more popular pieces, with arrangements tailored to your preferences. The ensemble can consist of a harp and violin duo, a harp and cello duo, or a string trio of two violins and cello accompanying the harp.
